Couple Hamam · an Empire Concierge brand
Terms of request and reservation
Last updated: 21 October 2026 · Applies to requests and reservations made on couplehamam.com and with our concierge.
1. Who you book with
Couple Hamam is a brand of Empire Concierge LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Your ritual takes place in a hotel hammam or hamam we work with; the exact venue and address come with your confirmation.
2. How requests work
A request on this website is free and holds nothing yet. Our concierge checks your date with the venue and replies: within 2 hours for the Luxury Collection and for hotels we work with on request (10:00–23:00 Istanbul time), otherwise within 24 hours. Your time is reserved when you receive our confirmation by e-mail or WhatsApp.
Some resort hotels close their hammam out of season. If your hotel is closed on your dates, we suggest an open venue in the same area.
The Old City rituals are booked online at couplehamamistanbul.com, under the terms shown there.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros. Unless a page says otherwise, the price shown is for two guests, with the price per person next to it. There is no deposit and no card online: you pay at the venue. Extras are shown with their price, or quoted by your concierge before you agree to them.
4. Changes and cancellations
Write to your concierge on WhatsApp or by e-mail to change or cancel. As nothing is paid in advance, there is nothing to refund. If you cannot come, please tell us as early as you can so we can release your time.
5. Health
Hamam heat and massage are not suitable for everyone. Please tell us about pregnancy, heart conditions, high blood pressure or other health concerns before your visit.
6. Contact
